ipod vs zen

Okay, I'll be 54 on Sunday, and I want an Ipod. Last Christmas I asked for an Ipod and got a "Zen," by Creative.

It will hold a ton of music, and also all of my digital pics. At least that is what hubby says.

So, the Ipod thing doesn't exactly apply, but it works the same, and my husband was smart enough to buy the thing that will hold all our digital pics.

As an "over 40," I don't use it on a daily basis. It is just something I will load up with my music for vacations. As someone else said, it beats carrying all of those CD's, which we have done way too often.

I remember you!
Thanks!
Now, who can tell me what "Topic Review" is? When I went in to reply to this message, when I scrolled down, there was a (nifty!) photo posted by CariBert that says "Topic Review". This is probably a dumb question, but how did that get in there?!!

Hi, Ruth,

We were in your store the other week and talked to you about the Ipod, we bought our IPOD down and used it in the Villa using a very simple RCA-jack cable from Radio Shack connected to the sound system in the house, in fact we sent a cable down to Carefree for them to install in the house for use by any other guests.

Bringing my Ipod with over 8,500 songs sure was easier than bringing 30+ CDs.

Love your new Store/Location

Best Wishes

I get a kick out of your avatar, Ruth. We still have the magnetic bunnies on our 'fridge. See you in April...and on the webcam.

Ohhhh... now I see it. I wasn't sure what you were referring to. I think that's there so you don't have to click "back" to see what the other posters said that you are commenting on. Before that was there, I was opening up a new browser window and going back and forth between the two to see what I was replying to.

CariBert, I love your latest avatar. I was laughing so hard Ron (that's St. John Spice Ron, NOT Ronnie from The Crystal Palace or Pizza Ronnie) just came in to check on me. Are you going to change it every day?
It's a good thing this topic is only for country music fans.

Ruth, I love your Avitar. And, I really hope this post works. Seems we've been having cookie problems and they are not the kind you get to eat and enjoy.
