Bob and Anita, I might be finished before you leave! I have all the text typed in, it is just choosing and linking the photos that takes time.

Cat, I still love to eat out, I just try and choose things i could not make myself. Sometimes I am a little disappointed, but I try to remember that eating out is as much about the company as the food.

Anthony, Zozo's sells the Tignanello for $16/glass, and it is a very generous pour--I think they pour four glasses to a bottle. It is an amazing value for what you are getting.

thanks for the ooky bat pictures obsessdmuch and mrsb. They were swooping all over when we were there.

Cypressgirl, my old camera was a canon powershot A620. The new camera is a canon powershot SD 800 elph. It's the only canon they had in stock that they also had the underwater housing for.

Next installment coming momentarily! Thanks for reading! :D

Hi Liamsaunt
Just catching up. Great reports and photos. Amazing that you're willing and able to do that kind of cooking on vacation.

Bummer about loosing the Canon Powershot.

I long ago replaced the little wrist strap on my Powershot with a thin nylon neck strap I think I got in Radioshack.

Yeah it makes you more geeky looking with a camera around your neck, and I had to take it off to put it in the underwater case, but it helps to reduce the potential for the kind of accident you had.

Great report! I'm a little out of order.

The photos in Part 5 were awesome, but just learned the camera died in Part 3 - guess I'll have to fill in the gap with Part 4.

I also just got Photoshop - I'll have to use it on some of my old photos.

thanks so much for taking the time to share.
