They used the term "Medical condition" because then under the HIPPA laws they can not disclose anything further. It's a crock of crap! They said in the article that she is just being transfered....yeah to her Hollywood Hill Mansion. If that was me, I would be locked up forever. But then again, if that was me my parents would have beat the crap out of me the first time, thus teaching me a lesson. Why do parents today baby their children and not realize they are turning them into irresponsible, lazy people?

And the judge that sentenced her is none to pleased about this. she will be back in court tomorrow. looks like the sheriff might be joining her.
"The city attorney filed a petition for an order to show cause why the sheriff should not be held in contempt for releasing Ms. Hilton, and demanded that she be held in custody," Superior Court spokesman Allan Parachini said late Thursday afternoon, according to the AP.

I am with Bug. I would not have worried nearly as much about what the courts would do as much as I would worry about getting my butt in some serious trouble at home. Money and fame seem to be more of a curse than a blessing. Given the choice I would take working hard, being responsible for my actions, and having a self respect over the rich spoiled selfish lives so many of these young stars experience. In some way I actually feel a bit bad for them because they were never taught or guided differently.

Yes, it sucks. She has people who know people who know other people who know how the system works. She's a user and she used the system.

From tmz.com. POOR BABY!!!
Paris Hilton was just ordered back to jail in Lynwood to serve out the remainder of her sentence! She'll get credit for at least 5 days already served.
Hilton left the courtroom in tears, screaming, "Mom, Mom, Mom." Hilton was also heard saying "It's not right."
One witness described the scene as: Paris was "physically escorted" out of the courtroom by a female deputy.

Dumb thing 1 - got a DUI
Dumb thing 2 - DROVE on a suspended license
Now I might have some pity if 1) she NEEDED to go to work or 2) if she didn't KNOW that there are 100 people waiting to photograph her at any given moment or 3) couldn't afford a private driver!
She should be jailed for stupidity and thumbing her nose at the system alone.

Right I just saw that
From MSNBC: In the months that followed she was stopped twice by officers who discovered her driving on a suspended license. The second stop landed her in Sauer’s courtroom, where he sentenced her to jail.
Wow, she really doesn't have a clue does she?

I think she has a perfect clue, she just doesn't give a rats a$$. Daddy's $$ has always taken care of her criminal behavior. Maybe this sentence will save her life.
