many homes are listed on multiple sites-- SOME will have their VRBO link go directly to their own (the owners) email /phone-- others will go to their primary management co-- if it's booked thru the management company (any one) they generally take a cut for getting the booking-- so it really can be hard to know who you are talking to !

We stayed at Estate Fortsberg in 2010 - beautiful villa - we had 4 couples - equal rooms but the two lower ones have lower ceilings and seem darker. Great space for everyone Pool and decks with views to die for! Now the road. I was five months pregnant and go used to it after the first two times- the last part is paved so you should have no problems. You must close the donkey gate at the end of the driveway coming and going. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! Close to all Coral Bay has to offer and under 10 mins to Francis Bay!
