Definitely not legal. The ornament I made last year had sand and small shells in it, but I didn't use ones actually from Maho - I bought them at the craft store.

I LOVE MINE!!! It's a cool wood turtle from Nova Scotia.....you will be waiting a long time for me to figure out how to post a picture though.....sorry!

Tonight, I promise, I will post of picture of my ornament! GAH, Life just keeps getting in the way, and meanwhile, back in the living room, my beautiful ornament hangs peacefully from the limb of my tree, just like me when I am in the Caribean!
