Thank-You Michigan Girls for your trip reports! I enjoyed them and read them a couple times. I took notes and loved the beautiful pictures!! I appreciate your reviews on the food as I want to make the best choice of what to order and where to eat on our next trip to St. John! It was really interesting to wait for your next report after the 1st one! I am so glad you all had a great time and relaxed a lot!! Thanks for sharing with us!

mg - I'm bummed we didn't run into each other. So glad you had a wonderful trip! Your trip report is inspiring me - as soon as my photographer friend has processed some photos, I'll post one too!
Ed - the 2 Haulover beaches are very close to one another. If you look on the side of the road where people park, you'll see several trails in the woods. It's an easy walk through the woods to get from one beach to the other.

My wife and I have only done Haulover South a few times, but have never even tried to find Haulover North. I know it is probably "right there", but can you let me know (this is sounding like a really dumb question as I type it!) how to get to Haulover North? Is there a clear path from where we would park and cross the road from Haulover South? Thanks in advance. Heading back in 5 weeks

and want to venture out to some new places in addition to our usual favorites.
The path is pretty clear once you're looking for it. It's not very wide, but it is clearly a path. It's a little past where the kayaks park, across from about the midpoint of South Haulover. A couple times it looks like it's narrowing to nearly nothing as you go down it, and at one point you have to step over a fairly large root/branch thing, but it's easy to follow as long as you're paying attention and it's an easy hike.

Thanks for the detailed description - I'm sure we will be able to find it now. Next is to hope for favorable conditions for snorkeling when we venture there!
