Yay....I survived the packing ordeal! (Even with Rob poking fun at me all day - and on this forum!). I managed to make several return trips to the closet, putting items back, and saying to myself..."O.k. - I don't really NEED this and can survive without it." Everything is in the one bag, from Rob's previous pics. Kudos for me, right? This is 16 days after all....
We are so excited...like so many others, when we first visited St. John (back in 2004), we fell in love with it and immediately began thinking about and eventually planning our return trip. 3 years later, we are 4 days away from 16 days in absolute paradise!! I've been a frequent 'lurker' on the forum during the past year or so and I can't thank everyone enough for all the words of wisdom and advice (and can't forget the great Trip Reports!) which I meticulously copied into pages and pages of planning notes! Thanks again everyone....we promise a Trip Report upon our return. And looking forward to meeting any forum memebers at the Beach Bar on Sunday, the 27th!!

P.S. I feel compelled to clarify Rob's previous post about good thing there are no 'strips' on St. John...he was referring to AIR strips (he's a pilot!)
