I sent Ms. Nicholson-Doty a thank you email the day that the sign was removed. I agree that she did seem to truly care. Her replies to my emails were all very kind and thoughtful.

She also thanked her colleague, Commissioner Smalls, at the Dept. of Public Works for assistance in addressing the removal.
