Another great and relaxing report! Sounds like a perfect day at Trunk. When it's not crowded, that beach is just perfect.
Glad to hear a nice review of Candies. We are looking forward to trying it this trip.

More info about Candi's. I'm not sure what cut of steak it was. It was grilled and I had them cook it medium well because that's what I prefer. It had the sauce on it, but it was so tender and had great flavor.
The ribs didn't have a ton of meat on them, but the flavor was good. It was all definitely worth the money. Being from Kansas City, we can get some pretty good bbq around here and we tend to be picky, but we all enjoyed that meal! The rice was my absolute favorite though. Not a bite of the rice was left!
