I e-mailed Julie directly after you kindly provided her e-mail address. I saw this restriction on a websites for rentals in the Keys. I suppose those kind of rules are put into place to cut down on the number of "transients" in and out of the area. If I owned a place down there I might feel the same. C'est la vie!
