USVI-On-Line

One of our favorite "island drinks" is the Cruzan Confusion.
Equal parts of Coconut Rum, Mango Rum and Pineapple Juice served over crushed ice. Our group happily sipped many of these one afternoon while eating lobster rolls and enjoying the beautiful view from the Tourist Trap.

Although we have had them a few times now that we're back home, they just don't seem to taste the same off-island. I guess its time to go back for another round!!

Thanks Iprof....looking forward to our trip very much! By the time you get there, we will be in hopefully Cottage 10D at Cinnamon Bay. (Unless I end up at the Beach Bar for several days straight). I now have all my ingredients for Painkillers for tonight... St. John comes to Ellington, CT! Might as well sample paradise in advance!
