I'm trying to find a child friendly villa for our trip next year, we'll have a 3 yr old. Do you mind me asking what villa you stayed at?
Thanks,
MLR

Fisheye- Must have items: front baby carrier, our baby is 25 pounds and it still worked out great. We even got an inexpensive one. Both baby and Dad got a little sweaty at times in the 90+ heat but we couldn't have done this trip without it. Especially at the airport. The float we got was another great purchase. Prior to our trip we contacted Island Baby and had a mini crib, walker, beach umbrella, and an infant life vest delivered to our villa. The walker and crib worked out great, even though some nights the baby ended up in our bed. I would not get an infant life vest again. It was too bulky and not very comfortable for him. Another thing that was helpful was purchasing the formula packets for the airport and while on the plane. If I think of any other tips I will be sure to tell you! :) So far-definitely loved the walker, front pack, formula packets..one more thing- since diapers weigh almost nothing, utilize everyone's suitcases. Especially the zipper pockets that people rarely utilize.

We stayed there when our son was 18 months. It is a good choice if you only need 2 brs.

Thanks JohnThomas,

Looks nice but a bit over our budget, might have to up the budget again to find 3 bedroom.
PA girl, do you think we could put a baby gate and let our 3 year stay in loft? not sure

From what I remember, that third room did not have AC and I would think even in winter, it would be crazy hot up there.

Then there is a stair issue, that room is accessed by a metal spiral staircase. I admit I am a worrier so I would not want to risk a 3yo trying to get over a gate, the tumble down would be horrible.
