Francis is the only place we've been bothered by amplified music, which is illegal in the national park. I think there is still a sign at Francis saying that it's illegal. WOW! I'm surprised at the people who have had bad experiences there! I've only been there on a day trip while on a cruise in June or July. We usually get there around 0900 and leave at lunch or so. Maybe that's why we've missed the crowds. Boy, I hope we don't have those experiences in May because it would make me search out for a new favorite place on Earth 
. I don't know, maybe I should do that anyway this trip. HA!

We had a loud and rowdy crowd at Little Lameshur last year. I was pretty disappointed in them, and wondered why we drove so far to have our peace disrupted.
We just sucked it up, but it sure bummed us out.
