I have it covered. I just have to type them up. Most of what I cook is "seat of the pants"

Some of it wouldn't be easy at a villa, either, so I have to sort out what would work best in that environment.
Hay Jan and Mike... Is a field trip to a real villa to do some "empirical research" in the budget?

Shhh... What happens in Green Bay stays in Green Bay...
Here's the last picture from the weekend cook. I took the chuck roasts and cubed them and reheated them with some Buck Creek Raspberry BBQ sauce. We served them over whole wheat rolls and with some grilled mixed veggies.

Do you guys want baked goods recipes?
Kind of hot to bake in a villa but... I am not a good cook for most things. People can bake ahead of time and bring it down with them.
