Where are you at Pia? We are coming 3/29-4/6 and are planning a dingy day.

I prefer the tiler steering as you can beach them at most beaches and I spend to many days in front of one in the summer trolling for walleyes so it is second nature to me.

When I work in town (3 mornings per week) I work for someone else but my husband and I have our own business and work from home - we book all the same excursions (with no cost to you) as any of the kiosks/concierge in town.

Just send me a PM or an email and I would love to help - I will send you all pricing and information so you can compare side-by-side - saves you calling everyone :)

LisaRex - We also prefer the outboard motor dinghy (from Noah's Little Arks) because we prefer to beach the dinghy. It's not as comfy as the center console though (they can not be beached).

I don't know about the center console ones, but the regular dinghy is VERY difficult to get back in if you jump out of it in deep water. Be aware of that!

Thanks for all the tips. I contacted one company to reserve a dinghy in advance, but they had a 48 hour "rain or shine" cancellation policy, so I'll wait til I get there to rent a dinghy.
