How about:
1. Mandatory 2 week mininum stay on island funded by the government
2. Only those that have stayed on STJ for more than 1 week in the past are eligible for this program (Sorry Newbies)

Well if we get demands (or wishes), I'd like:
1) Direct flight from ORD, available using my FF miles. No no wait... a private jet, ORD > STT. Yeah baby.
2) Someone to push me up the hills during 8 Tuff
3) Younger knees (at least during 8 Tuff)
