Thanks for the nice comments :D

Caneel was so beautiful and not crowded at all. The buildings behind Scott Beach are some of the ocean front rooms. Very nice and so close to the waters edge. 8)
Someday it would be nice to pay the $110 pp transfer fee and take their ferry to and from STT to Caneel and stay there the first and last days of our trip. I know I couldn't do a whole week there. Too expensive and too much to do and see on the rest of the island!

We'll see what I can stir up for next year~ :wink:

Congrats, Colleen! Your stay at Caneel looked fabulous. Funny to get the pictures of the cruise shippers knowing that you had been in a group just like that many years before. It kind of makes you wonder was there someone in that group that got hooked on St. John.... just like you did?

It spoils you forever! I spent three nights at Caneel after a 10 day stay at Allensandra villa this summer......I'll never be the same. Maybe in my next life I can afford a week. :shock:

I just checked one night on Scott Beach "premium ocean front"... $733/night.. :oops: Guess it will be a "preminum NO view" room for me :D
