Thank you for all the info, I'll be re-reading it I'm sure. I will pick up the books recommended.

I agree totally with not over planning, I can totally veg out for a week! Not so sure my husband can deal with that much relaxing though. : )

I think we'll be bringing snacks and dry foods in our luggage. $8 for crackers is crazy!

Soon I will remember your names and remember who recommended what!

I am getting very busy and excited making our plans, but I have to take a week off from it to go camping.: D

I'm sure as the weeks go on, I'll have many more questions, so thank you all for your answers, and thanks in advance for your future insight.

Bonny
(I can't wait for November!!!)

Wow... this will be THE most incredible time for you. Wait until you see the COLORS! The color of the water is unbelievable!

Although I'm relatively new here myself, the people on the forum have been very helpful. Keep reading the forum. You will learn a lot. :)

Although we are are STT people, we've been to STJ many times and have made many friends on the Island.

As far as food goes, even though my husband and myself have been to STT many times, we still like to have our "food comforts". That includes breakfast meats like bacon and porkroll (Philly thing). We also like to bring our own chicken from our local butcher (We don't buy it anywhere else).

With 2 people you really don't need to bring alot and it's convenient if you don't want to eat out all the time.

We also bring a snack bag...such as nuts, dried fruits and nuts.

I know you'll love it. STJ is an amazing Island and believe me, you'll be back!
