Thanks! Islandjo...We also looked at Estate Fortsberg, Ristaba and Oceana and they were all already booked in June for the dates we wanted! Another one I like if you only need 4 bedrooms is La Bella Vita. I still want to make to Bay Rum Breeze one day and Tracy's condo

Hi Kristen! I wish I could book now, but without knowing how many rooms we will need or the 2 week timeframe, I have to wait.

My short list, or maybe not so short list , includes: 2B at Peter Bay, Sun Spot, Amorosa, Hukuna Matata (but after reading Susan's TR from Island Stone, wonder about the road getting there), Bay Rum Breeze and Andara have been added, Kaleidoscope, Tre Vista Estate and Island Stones. I had looked at Estate Fortsberg and liked it as well. I haven't really looked at Ristaba and Oceana...will have to look at them now! I keep checking the forum, just might hear of a new villa coming on the market!

If you have heard anything negative about any of those villas, please send me a pm. I would appreciate it. I am certain at least one of those villas will be available when I can book...and I am sure any one of them will be wonderful...the main thing is being on STJ anyways!

We'll be at Bay Rum Breeze June 11 thru 25th. I'd love to see Island Stones so we'll have to have up to see BRB and we'll have to come down and see Island Stones during our overlaping stays.
