have you ever been to Cades Cove near Gatlinburg? or Catalooche Valley, Near Maggie Valley?

Augie and i were at Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg a few weeks ago for a family reunion. We hiked to Abram's Fall in Cade's Cove where our son jumped the falls- crazy kid! Then we white water rafted the Upper Pigeon River. Saw bears with cubs, deer, etc- Beautiful area,but boy is Pigeon Forge and Gaitlinburg touristy!! ( Also Maggie Valley was our honeymoon 22 years ago!)

Parafins...Its a beautiful area..and alot of people dont know about Catalooche..I love it there...very pretty..

EagleRayLover..I know the area well, infact we were married in Gatlinburg on Dec.23rd so it was a Christmas wedding...I have afew relatives that are buried at Cades Cove..I havent been there in forever..hopefully we will get back up that way..seems we are always heading to STJ when we can..lol

Ok since Im way off topic here are a cpl pics of the Chapel and our wedding. We honeymooned there as well..at least til we could get back to STJ..lol
