Hey Minde - Henley Cay is one of the deserted islands off of the tip of Caneel. We sailed, but can also get there by kayak or dinghy. There are a couple of mooring balls if you don't want to beach your boat. I think Henley was an old fishing camp at some point but now it's just a nice spot for a picnic and some snorkeling!
