Hi all,
I just came across this forum and would like to get more info about building in St. John. My husband & I recently bought a property on St. John and are planning to build a small Deltec home there. (2 story 1600 sq.ft) We are excited and apprehensive especially about finding a builder who knows Deltecs. Any suggestions?
