Thanks for writing about the campgrounds. Your attitude was great considering some of the things that happened. I'd have been unhappy that the place was closed up and the restaurant wasnt open when you expected it to be. You certainly have lots of great stories to tell from this with all the rain Thanks again wish more people would post about the campgrounds.

Great report and great pictures!!
I have a question - when you reserve the cottage, do you get to ask for a particular one, like 10C, or do you get what is available once you get there? Thnx!

Thanks for the trip report. I am 'island-starved' right now, so I **love** trip reports. The pic of the donkeys hanging out near your place was cute. You certainly did well getting by without a Jeep.

Coden,
you can reserve a particular cottage but each cottage has 4 units, a-c. You can request a specific one but it's generally "first come first serve".
10 is "beachfront" and more costly than the others. 9-8 are considered "beach view" and a little less $. I think 1-7 are the same price and are cheapest, but the mini-fridge and stove(?) aren't included with the cost, you'd have to rent them on a daily basis.

Thnx Jofus...are you saying the the mini-fridge and stove come with 8 - 9 -10, but not with 1 - 7, except for an extra fee?
Until your post I didn't know about the cottages. I kind of like that set up and will have to file it away for future use.

Hi Coden,
I think it's just the mini-fridge that's included with 8-9. 1-7 it would have to be rented for a seperate fee. I think it's $7 a day. Stoves are included with all. Here's a link to the website.
