I, too, have used http://www.igive.com/welcome/index.cfm for several years sucessfully. It is legitimate. Once you sign up, then shop, or even browse, through the igive site, your "cause" gets a donation. I did not find the ACC listed until this morning and I have now changed my "cause" to the ACC. The pennies do add up... igive donations have amounted to almost 5 millon dollars. Plus, for new sign-ups... $5 bonus donation: just make your first purchase* within 45 days of joining! That is a $5 donation to the ACC right away.Chickadee wrote:With the increase of internet shopping these days (and the holidays right around the corner), you may want to check out iGive.com. You choose your cause (ACC is listed) and if you launch your shopping through the iGive website, a percentage of your purchase price will be routed to your cause. Percentages vary by store. I have used the website in the past for a different cause and it works wonderfully. At one point iGive had a downloadable add-on of some kind so that you didn't have to launch your shopping through their site, but it would still know you were an iGive shopper - don't know if they still have it or not.
The Animal Care Center has a link to igive as well...
