We rented from Cloud Nine last May and they also sent us a map to the villa. It wasn't an issue since we knew where we were going and the map/directions were explicit.

If I was a first timer, I'd ask to be met! Can't hurt to try. Maybe the rep could meet them at the jeep rental if they didn't want to get into the fray at the ferry dock.

oops, didn't notice the past tense that they were on island now! Not enough coffee in me yet!

We have always been met by the villa agent and taken to our villa. Sometimes, due to scheduling, we ask them to meet us somewhere other than the ferry dock so we can get groceries or dinner first. They've always been willing to meet us at Skinny's or Shipwreck and take us to the villa from there.
