A tip related to parking during carnival time: since festival village takes up the customs lot, the Winston Wells ballfield is open at Sprauve School for parking.
Mike if you're down this year, join us for beer on ice and shade setup under a tarp. There's some mixed stuff too.MIke wrote:If you are going to the parade,and plan on enduring the whole thing,I suggest you get there early and find a table on the street and prepare yourself for a hot day in the sun.It is a blast but after 8 in a row I have found the best place to view the parade is behind a cold beer sitting at the Gecko Bar.Not much of a view though.
