My family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids ages 10-14) stayed at Hawksnest Villa in February of '09 for a week. We loved it. The view is unbelievable, and there was a nice breeze on both the deck and in the main living area. The lack of air conditioning was not an issue at all. We also really liked the location. We walked down the driveway and across to Peace Hill several times. We also walked to Gibney several times. Here are a few pics of the view from the villa:
