I was on island early January. At that time they told me that the roundabout was to be completed in one week. I actually thought they were kidding. No way that will be completed for awhile. I was there for one week and all they ever did was water down the dirt on the roads and work on the same section of sidewalk.
and the North Shore road repairs will be ongoing for at least this year - traffic light is working and traffic moves quickly - no real waiting - maybe a minute or two
