Great reports Colleen! Re: Lovango's name - I seem to remember Capt Phil telling us that there were bordellos on the island and the sailors would "love an' go" !!

I really enjoyed your report and pictures and it has left me wondering if you'd do Lovango again. While being on your own tiny island sounds nice, it seems that you spent more time off-island than on so I'm wondering if you'll decide on a STJ based trip next time or will you return to Lovango? It's so nice that they offer you the option and freedom to come and go freely.

I just loved the pics. It put me right in my happy place!
Are you going to do a small mosaic with the sea glass? That would be a cool keepsake!

Do any of the beaches on Lovango compare to STJ beaches?

Lazylane wins the prize for answering how Lovango got it's name!
Diana2~ Yes we would stay on Lovango again! Especially if we could afford the Love Shack! It sounded like we spent more time elsewhere but I was reporting on the exciting travels instead of all the chillin', grillin, hot tubbin' ect. . . ect.
2beachbums~ I was wondering what to do with the sea glass. I think I will glue it around a glass frame and put this picture in it:
Teresa Rae~ Nothing compares to the St. John north shore beaches, but having Lovango beach all to yourself all week long. . . PRICELESS!
