Great video. Warms up a cold 40 degree Buffalo day. Can't wait to get back there in a few weeks! Lameshur is one of our favorites. But where's the white rock with the pelicans?

As usual, you come thru for us all here.
Much gratitude and hats off to you for doing this for us all. You got me thinking about getting a little video camera now so can really capture the essence of STJ.

Thanks Capt! Never been to Lameshur. Will have to put that on the hit list for next time. You need to do a little "Captn's STJ Beach o' the Day" travel log to keep us all sane when the weather gets crappy!

Coming to St John next week for our 5th time, don't think we have ever been there. Can someone tell me how to get there. We are staying at Gallows Point Resort. Also how is the snorkeling? Thanks debbyg

No thats me. Hey if ya go all that way ya ought to snorkel Yawzi Point it's right there. I here it's good. Little Lamshure really doesn't have good snorkeling. If interested in that just post a a question about it. Someone should answer. Been to LL twice and still haven't done it

What a wonderful way to 'warm up' on this cold day in Illinois (it actually made it up to 52 degrees today--much warmer than the last few days that never made it above 50 plus today we had some sunshine, not the constant, constant, drip, drip, dripping of the rain.
I actually felt myself warming up--as well as smiling both inside and out!--while watching your wonderful video. I could feel the hot sun on my face, the crunch-squeek of soft sand under my feet, and even smell it! Ok, I'm closing my eyes and walking into that beautiful clear water now...
Thanks for giving me a few moments of summer & St. John! PS: When did you take this? September I'm thinking as last time we went to Lameshur it was crowded! and we didn't stay long because I couldn't find one bit of shade. Not like the old days before the road was paved....
But still beautiful.
Thanks again!
