Nancy, we've stayed at Palm Villa twice & loved it. I did a review back in May of 2004. The view is incredible and the villa is very comfortable. The pool can be a little chily, we've been there in May & December. There is sun on the pool almost all day!
PM me if you want more details or have any specific questions. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat!

nancy,
cv, capiz, and hummingbird hill are side by side on the right going down gifft hill rd. after you past the entrance to virgin grand est, there's a left curve going up hill, then a semi flat area with the 3 villas on right then a step downhill run with the bad right switchback. hummingbird has a gate and i belive cv does too. much lower than top of gifft hill but views similar to upper rockridge which are great.
beware they are starting some significant redoing of the south shore/gifft hill rd that could create some traffic problems from that direction. see

hi nancy, Yes papabou is correct, & cielo does have a gate which is open most times & it is blue, having stayed at coconuts & cielo u have the exact great view at both ! our personal preferance would b cielo. note that the owners are in residance at times below cielo, fantastic couple ! we stayed there 3 wks. & they were only there one of those wks. other than us wanting to know how they came about bldging cielo & visiting them below at times they gave us the utmost privacy !
