Depending when you are going I think "low season" continental only offers this direct flight on Saturdays. We're going in October (leaving on a Friday and have to connect in Puerto Rico) but our return flight is on a Saturday so it is direct a flight.

I just can't understand why I can't find anything - it is all expensive and with long layovers... I saw $300 something flights last week for my times. BTW - if it helps I am looking anywhere from June 29 to July 8th to leave, and be gone for 14 or 15 days - Philly or Newark. I guess I am just going to have to pay up a bit.

The non stops are there. Expensive but there.
EWR to STT depart Sat. July 11 return Sunday July 26.

on the continental site. the flights are #1884 down and #1883 back.

also have you looked at Spirit out of AC. You need to connect in FLL but it might be cheaper. I haven't looked.

According to Continental's most recent downloaded schedule, STT-EWR operates:

I just checked and for those dates I got $819! Per person!
That's crazy expensive!!

I finally got something just over $400 - 1 stop on the way down with just a short break between flights, direct back. Not bad - but I should have booked it a couple of weeks ago.
