Bun---Yes, Plumeria is slightly higher, but its mostly flat there at the top of the hill, and Plumeria is further back, closer to the road while Cloud 9 is closer to the steeper part of the hill. I would walk down the road toward Cloud 9 and it seemed like a slightly better view, but I could be wrong too---I'm sure they are very similar. Great sunsets from that area.

i toured plumeria while staying at c9 a couple of years ago. plumeria is nice (maybe better kept than c9) and had great views but "U" shaped while c9 is straight out with a long deck with open views from both main bedrooms & kitchen. as result c9 view more open left to right. c9 also at edge of drop off below so view is like being at the top ski run (maybe top of mt 10 at breckenridge). plumeria now has covered porch and a gazebo while c9 only has gazebo. but c9 has ac in great room that makes loft usuable by kids or hearty adults.

Just got back from C9 for our second visit. Loved It!Just a great house, great location. Still recovering from 10 hours getting back home. Will try to post pictures later in the week.
House now has a sweet (outside) house cat and for the first time on St. John we saw a HUGE spider that had fallen in the jacuzzi. We saved it from a wet death and sent it on its way. Actually my son and daughter saved it while I was sitting on the roof, screaming!
