Caribbean Villas that has the 5% fee. I don't like it. In fairness, their villas are often on the less expensive side (some not all) so it all comes out in the wash, but I like to compare apples to apples so I add the fees, etc into the final real price on my spreadsheet.

In case anyone missed my update, see my original post. The fee was only on one particular house that is apparently listed by both Carefree and another agency.
