Great report and glad to see your giving California girl a real run for her money in the picture taking department! Your setting the bar high! Have now decided that we're gonna have to try JJ's some time and as we usually only go for a week ourselves we try to cram too much in. But that chick fried steak Pete mentioned sounds good!

We have to try JJs on our next trip! I like simple down home food so that will be perfect!

I missed the froo-froo...or fuuuuuu fuuu..., whatever that is? Our favorite is: oh, I hope i can spell it....Ableskivers,(covered in blueberries) @ "Breazzes" in STX, a true Dutch delight!!

Thanks everyone....appreciate the comments.

Pam, my niece is a good girl which is all that matters to me. Can't believe she's 16 already.

PatR, my next trip is planned ... in my mind! LOL Charlie and I actually worked out a plan for the next trip while floating in the pool one day ;) Just need to figure out how to execute it!

Thanks Pete and Marcia .. that's sweet of you to say. We have a pretty darn good time together most of the time but on STJ who could be unhappy. Well one couple for sure - we saw a couple REALLY going at it just in front of Palm Jewelers one day. A shouting match. We have some disagreements of course but never any shouting. I hated seeing that - a shame.

Good stuff. Some of the best vacation planning happens while on vacation. And only one disagreement per day allowed while on vacation, otherwise, clam up and roll with it!

Thanks so much for sharing your photos and your trip, Mary Beth. I loved it! I'm so glad everything worked out before you left, and I hope you are still coasting a bit on the experience now. :)
