But you only have to dance for 3 weeks and give them $50 a day for the privelege! Do you think you can earn $50 a day in $1 bills? AND you get a free 1-way ticket and a group house to live in!

No? Oh, ok.
Someone needs to be doing a reality show of this!

Agreed. But only if mosquito rackets are included in the mix.

"We are currently looking for attractive exotic dancers between the ages of 18-30, as well as ladies interested in becoming a dancer (no experience necessary).

We will pay your one way airfare to the Virgin Islands, you are not required to repay, as long as you stay the required contract (3 weeks for ladies from U.S. mainland, and 2 months for ladies outside U.S.). If you do not stay the required contract days, you will be required to pay back the cost of the airfare. You will have to pay $50 per night, which includes club fees, housing, transportation (to & from the club), and one house drink per night. You will have one roommate, or you may have you own room depending on occupancy. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining room, (no food provided).

St. John is an island in the Caribbean Sea and an unincorporated territory of the United States. It is renowned as the wealthiest of the U.S. Virgin Islands. St. John is located about 4 miles east of St. Thomas, the location of the territory's capital, Charlotte Amalie, and 4 miles south and west of Tortola. Because there are no airports on St. John, the only access to the island is by boat. The ferry service runs hourly from St. Thomas. For more info visit www.seestjohn.com.

I am pretty sure the ladies on VIOL have already filled the quota needed. Only $50 a day. ;-)

I recently read a book about Aruba. Much of the story was about the women who come from Colombia to work at the (legal) brothels on the island. The terms for the ladies' employment at the brothels were exactly the same as what is posted in this ad.

I just can't see this kind of business doing well on St. John. Time will tell, I guess.

OK...so

1 - One-way ticket to paradise @ FREE

21 days tipout + living expenses @ 50/day = $1050

Assuming that your return airfare will cost you $800 (a pure WAG considering the varying distances)

food @ $30/day = $630 (no entertainment needed..one house drink per nite and YOU ARE the entertainment)

Sooo...you'd need to...<ahem>...earn... $118.10 PER NIGHT/DAY at the ummmm...club....to break even and experience paradise for FREE. Ladies, that's only 6 lap dances per night for a free 3-week vacation!!!

No fair bringing your spouse/boyfriend/S.O. to buy the lap dances or tip the $1 bills since that would represent a cost! LMAO

As for my knowledge of the cost, I'd have to say it's WAY out of date and inflation, I'm sure, has increased that price, but with the recession and all I figured that was a good round number! If the club doesn't fix that price, there could be some competition where supply/demand might force some vacationing ladies to charge more/less and thus screw up all my hypothetical mathematical postulation!

I think we should go down and check out the price structure to see if it will cash flow for the women of the forum
