I used to do this with my friends little ones when we camped at the lake...
We would make a "changing room" out of cheap shower curtains, by hanging them from trees to form either a triangular or square "room".
Each morning, their clean dry clothes, would come out of the tent and would hang in zip baggies on a tree next to the "changing room".
After the day of sand, grime, and lake water, they would take a sun shower (or wash off in the lake)and go to the "changing room", dry off with their towel, and take their clean clothes out and change (usually their PJ's).
Once the kiddos came out of the tent in the morning, they weren't allowed back in, until they had washed off and changed into their bag of clothes. Dirty clothes went into a tote behind the tent.
This might not work with you, as we had a little bit of grass where our campsite was.
Good luck, it sounds like fun!
