The camera mask is what we used for all of our underwater photos, and those that I've posted haven't been Photoshopped.
I thought it did a great job, but I'm not a photographer. We also got some fun video of Spotted Eagle Rays. It's nice to have both options available to you.
We did go to Royal Caribbean at Mongoose Junction for a Micro SD card, which increased our photo storage from roughly 25/30 to 1700.
You can't preview what you've taken and you can't edit them on the mask. We had to do that on the laptop when we got back to the house.
You may want to practice a bit, there are crosshairs but most things appear to be slighly above where you're looking, if that makes sense.
On the last day our son got 39 pictures at Vie's beach - including a nurse shark video. Every single fish was outside of the picture - meaning the mask wasn't high enough on his face or he wasn't adjusted properly.
I would say that unless you're a photographer who wants high quality, it's perfect for capturing vacation memories.
