ruth,

i suggest wacking 'em with one of those electrified mosquito paddles.

it'll either stun 'em just enough to bag'em up and relocate them.

OR, it'll really piss 'em off.

i think you'd take that risk knowing your distaste for those darn chickens.

Ruth, you should get a BB gun and sit outside and give them a little shot in the ass. It might scare 'em off..(I don't know if that's legal in St John but it worked for us with a pesky critter...OK so it was my neighbor Ray but he didn't know where the shot came from...)

I dunno about the BB gun thing. It's not as if I have a lot of spare time to practice my aim or anything.
With my luck, I'd hit Joshie.

Well if he keeps bringing his chickens over to your yard... well I'm not saying he'd deserve it... but...

Why, thank you, Bug. That sounds like a very good plan. You and I will have a chicken round-up in my back yard.

Ruth, I've been thinking a lot about this and I'm wondering if you're not just handling this all wrong.

Perhaps it's a good idea to see it from the chickens' points of view-- try speaking their language. I mean, have you even tried clucking?

I really believe you could have more power here than you know. Think "Ruth, Chicken Whisperer."

Become ONE with the chickens, my friend!
