I can still see people gyrating under the mirror ball at the club when "Love to Love You, Baby" came on. Sadly, most of them thought they were going to get laid that night but went home alone...But I don't want to talk about me.
Hey Bev, I was under that ball, and I could have gotten laid any night I wanted to. I looked a little better in '75. Time is a BAAAADDD thing. Oh well, what's the next step? I think I'll go find one of those balls. Maybe they have senior balls.

The roller skate song by Melanie and Afternoon Delight are both rancid I agree.

Anyone remember Clair by Gilbert O'Sullivan? Putrid.

It's funny, that song was rated as "the worst #1 song" of all time in some poll a couple of years ago. When the writer, Bill Danoff was asked about it, he replied that he wished that he had written the top 5 worst #1 songs of all time. Incidentally, Bill was also the primary writer of John Denver's "Country Road"

UGGH this brings back a memory which would have been horrible is we had been stuck at this place.

My husband had Sandals as a client and he got a day pass to the Montego Bay Sandals to use while we were in Jamaica for the day on a cruise.

While we were there, in a 4 hour period, they must have played the song "Heal the World" by Michael Jackson 10 times. I kid you not. They just played this one set of songs over and over and over...

I can't imagine, if I had been there on my honeymoon, I would have killed myself. I think I would have had to leave.

It rang in my head for days and I wasnt even staying there.

And now it is stuck in my head AGAIN!!!!!

p.s. I so can't stand John Cougar Mellancamp, just FYI
