Great pictures, and as for the JB reference, I suppose I've had worse songs stuck in my head (Lime in the Coconut comes to mind).

Hey Joshie...great pics. You have great photoshop skills. Care to share what techniques you used? I'm kinda curious. I think I have an idea, but I'm no PS expert or anything...

Yes, they are thieves and noisy, but I LOVE seagulls. Their calls are "happy sounds" to me as they remind me of the beach. Last weekend, we were in Washington D.C. on the National Mall and there were some seagulls hanging around the pool near the Capitol. I enjoyed hearing them, even if they do poop all over the statues.
Thanks for sharing your wonderful pictures.

Joshie,
Love your photos! You need to protect your copyright, you can right click your photos and people can use and save them. The resolution is too high. Also you need to fill out your metadata in photoshop and add copyright to your photos.
A lot of bad people on the internet these days that steal work and sell them as their own in stock agencies. Just a thought.

Keep posting, I love your work, just don't want you to get ripped off.

I love to hang around the dumpster behind the local McDonald's and watch the seagulls.

Yeah...that was really helpful. I always like to see how people do things differently. At first glance it looked like HDRI pic. Nice job...

I'm not Cid...however, thanks for the skills lesson.
You have a very talented eye for finding the ultimate result for your photos...actually in most (perhaps all) your endeavors, it seems. Please continue...

Thanks for the added info. I just acquired Photoshop CS3 and, having never used Photoshop before, I am frankly overwhelmed by all it can do. It's a slow learning curve. I am painfully wading through the Photoshop Bible, but I find practical how-to application tips like this a lot more useful at this point.
