I think it is a Maho? Where you can look up to the left and see the lone palm tree in the mountain?
That is it. From the water.

ShelleyZ...you're so right. How truly fortunate we all are. Very well said.

First it is a sound. The first soft, sound of the day, that of a slowly turning ceiling fan over the bed in my villa. Then as my eyes slowly open to see the vaulted white ceiling of the master bedroom I realize that Ah, I'm alive and have another beautiful day to be in paradise. All I need to add to this perfection is the smell of brewing coffee!

Hey Donkey Boy - I had to chuckle at your comment, regarding the asses at Caneel. One time on a walk thru to Honeymoon, there were grazing on the left in front of what I assume is a cottage or cabin. Anyway, on our walk back later in the pm- I swear they were up at that cottage on the patio - I think one was swinging in the hammock and the other one was grilling dinner!

For me its the view from the ferry as we approach the dock in Cruz Bay. I remember how I felt on our first trip...My friend Charity and I planned the trip for our wedding destinations...our husband have it so good...all they have to do is step on the plane...all the planning is taken care of...as we made our approach the excitement was too much...we both smiled and agreed...we picked the best vacation destination EVER....
