We talked to the construction guys and they were really friendly. They told us how the whole process works and amazingly how they get that back-hoe in and out of such a tight and steep spot. I have a real appreciation for what they go through to create such great villas.

US Airways has the "standard" 45" carry-on rule. I guess the real change is that they are now very strictly enforcing it. Our bags measured 48" (height plus width plus depth).
