I think last night had to impact today's sales. I haven't had such a hard time in a while and most of my peeps were shut out!

Jennifer Hudson was amazing. She took such a deep breath before singing. It must have been tough for her but good for her for doing it.

I noticed that breath too MB, I can't imagine everything that she's been through. She was perfect.

We keep passing up Bruce when he's in KC and my brother looked at me and said, "Next time we are going". I couldn't believe just how much energy was packed into that halftime and they looked like they were having a blast too!

i thought that hudson was amazing--she really looked like she was bolstering herself before the event--She really carried it though--after all she has been through, the poor kid, I hope she can find a way to continue to move on--though it still is so recent....

Never a huge fan of Springsteen or Hudson's genera but they both went yard with their performances.

I'm starting to forget the years MTV produced these halftime shows.

I still think Prince & U2 were the best :D

Thanks mb - I seem to remember in 2007 thats how Cleveland was added to the tour, after the European dates, so probably the same again. I'm sure there will be more dates announced this summer. At any rate, this group of performers really do have a lot of fun together, it's why their shows are so great. I'm not as apt to go see Bruce alone, and there were alot of years with Miami Steve missing that felt kind of funny too. I did see them once at an impromptu concert at the Cleveland Agora where they had finished their show at the Coliseum and crashed Southside Johnny at the Agora. You can see these on you tube - brought back a lot of memories (and really made me feel old)
