Since 1997 with no problems. Others have complained about some of the villas and responsiveness. I rented once from them last year with no problems. They have the best website.
The domain issue can happen to, ahem, anyone. It happened to Microsoft in the 90s and to me last year.

I just tried to get on, and to no avail. Maybe I'm on the slow side of the country....
But, I have talked with them already, so all is cool.
We went and ahead and confirmed, 17 days in paradise......CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!

Is this where I make the joke about what the service fee gets you?
Or is this where I smack my head when they warned me about the house we rented this past summer?
I'm finding it hard not to "blame" them for my house woes this past August. I know it's not fair necessarily, but I'm still not 100% happy with how the whole mess went down.

When are you going to Cliffside? We're thinking of booking, but nervous about the no a/c (don't know if I can handle it). Can only stay in the pool for so long.

Well...since she's booked already too late to add that we have used them 4x in the past 7 years and have been happpy.
And Rick, you are correct sir...Best site of them all hands down. Their availabilty feature is so easy to use compared with others.
17 days we soon see how we can help the local STU economy

Lily - We've stayed at Cliffside twice, May of 2004 and March 2008, and we didn't miss the AC either time. The way the house is situated on the cliff, you get nice breezes pretty much all the time. It was even a little bit chilly in the evenings and early mornings. It's true that you can only stay in the poll for so long -- that's what the hot tub is for.

I doubt it will be chilly in June, but the price is too good to pass up for the location. Just can't understand why they can't put a/c in the bedrooms at least.
