So what does sea-nile mean?

I live on the lake (onida lake in NY) ... which will be frozen in a few months.
Wish I had a winter home 'on the beach'

For some reason, my roommate calls me Lulu. When I want to be slightly incognito, this is the username I use. However, when I got here, Lulu was already taken, so I added the year I was born because that's the only way I can add a number and remember it.

Wow, I could have sworn I replied to this a long time ago but I read the entire thread and I guess not! Mia...have not seen you here in a long time? Tell me you are Ok and just busy! Ksea = KC my initials. I love the sea and the beach and all those underwater and beach creatures. May not want to touch them, but I love them just the same!

Well, I'm 60 and have never really learned to swim. When we started coming to St. John I knew I was born to snorkel. So with help from a float I snorkel for hours every day. My hubby now calls me SNORKELQUEEN!

Does anyone know ... is there a way to change your name, without signing in as another person? I would love to have something more fun!

Not quite a "regular" yet, but I'll bite anyway.

Sasky is a nickname for Sarah, coined by my dad when I was little. He died when I was 10 and the name always stuck with my family. I almost prefer it to my real name now because it's so unique!

Hey, very cool thread!
I got my name in 1996, when I bicycled across the US. I camped for a week with a fun couple who were bicycling the world for 3 years (we're still friends to this day). We're all vegatarians, and they saw me cooking Rice-a-Roni on my backpacking stove and teased me about how "unhealthy" it was, and how I should be eating better things while biking everyday... so they called me Dave-a-roni and it stuck.
I got it kinda like how thru-hikers on the Appalachian Trail get there "trail names", thats when other travelers call you something for some reason, and your stuck with it if you answer to it. :)

Cheers!

I've owned Irish Wolfhounds for a long time. Currently we have two. We have no children so they get just a little spoiled. So, I tend to use Wolfhound in aliases lot.
