Are they the graves just off the trail at Brown Bay? Mr. & Mrs. Pia showed those to me. I would have never found them on my own.
nope!

Is the tree a baobab tree?

I will have to see if I have any pictures to play along.

Haha the sad truth is that I only knew that from riding the Safari ride at Disney's Animal Kingdom! They have fake baobab trees along the safari trail.

Or the trail down to Jumbie?

By the way Lovermont I think pmk got it right by calling Windy Hill the Murphy house. I'm waiting for Hugo to chime in and set us straight.

Correct. That's the old steps down to the trail to the beach. They aren't there anymore.

I don't like many of the changes on STJ but I do like the new trail down to Jumbie. I don't miss walking down the road from the parking area and new trail is a nice stroll through the woods.

The new trail and parking spaces are nice, but I think the TWO speed bumps are a little over the top, IMO.

We used the Trail Bandit Map. The Baobob Tree is just beyond the Sieben ruins off of the L'Esperance Trail. As it happens, about 20 minutes after we found the Baobob Tree we ran into the Trail Bandit himself coming out of the brush with machete. :o
