I have lots of favorites but on our last visit, Ted Robinson came in an cooked dinner for us. The food was incredible and it was great to be able to relax and enjoy without going out. My new favorite until next time..

Mentally planning what I'll do on my next trip the moment I settle in my seat on the flight back home.

Hey Skinny! I hope I'm not asking a question that everybody already knows the answer to.......How did you hook up with Ted? We have a group of 11 - that would be perfect!

The feeling & state of being I have when I'm there that is literally indescribable for words.

I enjoy sitting on the deck early in the morning watching the sunrise over Tortola in the AM (summer) or Mary Point (winter) with fresh coffee in hand. In the evening watching the sunset over Peter Bay point with the clouds over Jost bursting with color... of course with a pain killer or rum punch in hand.

On clear nights we are back on the deck with our star gazer identifying the constellations above.

Sunday evenings were always spent at the Beach Bar and Jazz night, we went to the last one in July, I do not know what is playing now that Steve S. is not playing there.

I can not believe how much I enjoy just thinking about and planning my next trip! ... be there later this week!

I could weep. How blessed is the place that can mean so much to so many?

For me it's being on Gibney with my family.....maybe a little pitcher of margaritas to go with, a couple orders of jalapeño poppers from Jalapeño's on the way, a great book and some music. That's one thing right?

The minute I step off of the ferry, look at my husband, and say "Welcome home baby". Or even better when he says it first. Technically it is not "home" but it will be one day. :D

A favorite thing is seeing the smiles on the faces of your loved ones from that giddy kind of feeling that comes over you on the ferry ride right BEFORE you get there...

Once there, its the sounds and smells of the first night.

Replacing the view of my computer screen with the morning view of Ram Head with the sound of waves crashing on the rocky beach at Drunk Bay. Nothing like peeing into a composting toilet while staring at that view

The "so at peace and happy" man that my husband becomes when we're there.
