Re: Ticker check

Woohoo, headed back after 3 long years!!! ( I know, CRAZY) We've missed out on the beaches this Summer in SW Florida due to the red tide/toxic algae disaster and have relied on our pool at least. Re: Ireland?

Lucky you! I had the pleasure of visiting once and flew into Shannon. Our base was Killarney and visited the Ring of Kerry and surrounding areas. Ireland is beautiful and truly has every shade of green on display! I went in July and it was a perfect time of year with a lot of daylight, up til about ...

Re: Current water temps

Kevin, thank-you for your reply and the link. That temp range is exactly what I was hoping for! Happy to know now that we will be able to snorkel and not be cold. :D

Take care,
Kathy

After living in SW FL for 12 years we require warmer water than say New Englandahs  Our preferred time to visit is late Spring/early Summer but meeting up with family on STJ and they're from the Cape and Maine,...

Re: Spending night on St Trauma

I have also spent a night @ The Crystal Palace and thought Ronnie was a great host.

I don't want to bash you for the negative labeling of one of my beloved USVI's but ... I love them all for different reasons and have less than 4 weeks until I am there!!! :D

Re: Ireland trip--suggestions please

Hi, My experience is from back in the 90's but we flew into Shannon as well. We stayed in Killarney at a family member's timeshare. If you want to stay in one place and do daytrips I would suggest this area and drive the Ring Of Kerry. Beautiful area and many places to see. I was in absolute awe of ...

Hook Line Sinker is our favorite for Seafood. They will be closed Thurs-Sun of Carnival. Pie Whole will also be closed that weekend, probably Fri-Sun. Frenchtown is just so crazy during that time, no parking, so they just find it easier to close and let employees enjoy Carnival :-) Thanks for the h...

This is Skye Blue. I found her at a Target store in the Garden Department ... feral and just a tiny flea bag. I came upon her while looking @ outdoor furniture. I have a HUGE soft spot in my heart for animals and I could not just leave her out there. Sooo, I took her home ... she had a flea bath imm...
