Exit - they have a 2 night minimum in February

February is probably the busiest month on St John and as far as I know no where has a 1 night stay (all have 2 or 3 night minimums) do check as above on spare days between rentals - good luck

I heard 2 years ago this was happening and that they also plan to tear down the Lumberyard as part of the hotel - that however has not been disclosed but with the new owners and the reported rent increases at the Lumberyard I wouldn't doubt it

Looks like they only offer two villas to rent (one on STT and one on STJ) I have not heard about them but personally (and this is just me) I don't like websites that do not list a contact number on their site just a place to send an email inquiry.
